Our purpose in life is to know GOD
and to make Him known.
The Biblical Standard is found here-Rightly Dividing the Word
Many speak of Jesus Christ, but do not know Him at all… more importantly, He does not know them. It is our mission to help change that, by teaching others about Him. Without acceptance of the precious gift of salvation, we’re lost eternally and dead in sin. It doesn’t matter how many works we do in the name of the LORD, they are all filthy rags before Him. (Isaiah 64:6) What matters is how we live, and the example we set before others. As the song says—I want the people to see Jesus in ME.
We must not be afraid to examine ourselves, and peer into the mirror of scripture…. If we do not know the ways and the law of Christ, how do we know that we are living a righteous life in His footsteps? WE DON’T!! No one can tell you that you are saved, or confirm it for you. This is one of the biggest misconceptions ever born, and it’s going to lead many straight into hell! Just because you say a prayer, doesn’t mean you’re saved…. Is your life changed? Can you see the difference? Do you now hate the sin that you once loved or thought was acceptable?
These are questions that we cannot run from! Not now!! Time is short, and we all need to be examining our own salvation. So many people are offended by words daily, and it’s for one simple reason. The word of GOD, and the name Jesus Christ is an offense to the world!! Those who are ashamed, and afraid to preach the true gospel, and speak the truth of Jesus Christ being the ONLY WAY to the FATHER in heaven—are not doing any favors for the condition of the world, or the salvation of their fellow man. WE MUST PREACH CHRIST CRUCIFIED, and the truths of the gospel!! Always speak the truth in love…. Always!!
